Resource Management (RM)

A Resource Management professional needs all these attributes to become the enabler for business to realize their revenue goals. In Deloitte, a RM professional gets the opportunity to work closely with any of the businesses - Audit, Deloitte Advisory, Consulting or Tax, and get exposed to their unique business models of staffing, managing demand forecast, resource utilization and professional connect. RMs offer critical advice to the business leadership around demand & supply management, industry and market trends and application to the current functional processes.

Work you’ll do

As a RM Manager/leader, you will work directly with the business and own responsibility for a particular Service Line or Location or any specific unit. You will own the business metrics and will operationalize RM strategy for the service line. Some of the key deliverables will be:

- Provide and execute strategies that include, but not limited to Demand forecasting, Campus Deployments, Bench Management, Demand-Supply gap management.

- Track and review all RM parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics in the direction of the business goals

- Partner and build relationships with business leadership and practitioners, Core Talent Service & Talent business leaders

- Understand the skills, strengths and interest areas of the resources for better alignment to open positions

- Coach & mentor the teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high quality parameters

- Breed high performance, learning focus, passion and solution oriented team.

The team

Resource Management Organization (RMO) plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The RMO processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals.

The Resource Management Organization (RMO) is divided into 2 clear streams:

- Staffing support to US India Offices - RM Team

- Processes and Information System support for US & US India offices - RMIS Team

In order to service the business requirements, the RMO is aligned service line-wise and led by a service line specific RM Lead. In US India offices, the service line-specific RM Lead, heads a team of Resource Managers supporting the India business and a team of RM Process experts who provide Services to the RMs across US and USI in 4 (service lines)FSSs:

- Audit

- Consulting

- Deloitte Advisory

- Tax

Qualifications

Required:
· MBA / Post Graduate with Total Experience of 13 years and above and minimum relevant experience of 10-13 years in Resource Management capacity
· Ability to think strategically.
· Proven leadership and relationship building skills (networking)
· Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management
· Adherence to Ethical business conduct
