Objective / Purpose of Role:
The business development executive is responsibility for fetching in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques
- Lead Management
- Prospect identification, Nurturing and closure
- New Business Acquisition only
- Independent sales target
- Support Account Managers with qualified sales opportunities (infrequently)
- Demand generation through outbound marketing activities
Graduate or MBA preferred
High school diploma or one to three months related experience or equivalent combination of education
Experiences Requires: 1 – 2 years
Skills, Knowledge and abilities required:
- Excellent listening skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Strong written communication skills
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent to draw interpret bar graphs.
