India Recruiting Diversity Program Manager works with the Business,Recruiting leaders and HR teams in India to make Amazon India a diverse and inclusive workplace for all.
Roles and responsibilities:
Diversity Recuiting program manager position cuts across all our business groups in India. The role requires influencing skills, working in ambiguity and engaging with leaders and managers across India in enabling the organization to grow and scale. This would require the incumbent to understand business groups, business needs and market challenges.
Here is a summary (not exhaustive) of some of the areas
· Play a key role in contributing to the India Diversity Recruiting strategy by making recommendations on priority areas, resources required, learning technologies, frameworks etc.
· Diversity Recruiting PM will own design and deployment of PAN India Diversity Recruiting programs.
. Engage closely with both business and HR stakeholders to ensure strong understanding of the business context, consult on means to improve diversity, asks and garner sponsorship for diversity programs.
. Work in collaboration with global and regional Diversity teams to design the overall plan for the region
. Keep up to date with new market practices within the Diversity space, contribute to introducing innovative ideas to improve diversity
· Keep abreast of best practices in other parts of Amazon / external organizations towards enhancing the impact of the Diversity program.
· Manage and scale Virtual Sourcing Program across job families in India.
·Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in driving higher participation and be responsible for diversity recruiting reporting dashboards and metrics.
Basic Qualifications · At the least 6+ years' experience in program management in a global organization with high volumes and fast paced environment.
· Excellent organization and project management skills - this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating, negotiating, establishing effective cross-team relationships, prioritization, and delivery against objectives.
· Adept at understanding customer needs and facilitating discussions with various stakeholders.
· Technology savvy with ability to interact with external vendors on technical aspects of solutions.
