What you’ll be doing in your new job:
Finance and Accounts:
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Handle expenses and billing cycles
Manage staff expense requests
Assist in purchase orders and invoicing
Maintain accurate records for Finance team
Stakeholder Management (Internal and External):
Interact with team members and Leadership and carry out their requests
Communicate with relevant agencies/ vendors
Create agendas and take meeting notes
Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
Office and Asset Management:
Track office supply inventory. Maintain stock lists and order supplies as needed
Manage outgoing post and record data on special deliveries
Assist in planning and arranging events, including organizing, catering, etc.
Photocopies and file appropriate documents as needed
Organize and file company documents. Maintain data integrity
Draft, format and print relevant documents
Manage facilities/ office equipment/ Office lease, property insurance and security
Manage vendors (Food, Supplies, Equipment, Furniture, etc.)
Arrange and manage all aspects of travel including airfare, hotel, ground transportation and itineraries
Maintain the list of all company assets and share with Leadership at regular intervals
For this position, you must have:
Graduation Degree ( B Com/B-Sc etc) from top tier college
3+ Years of relevant experience preferably in Start-up/ IT/Product companies
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software (MS Office, Google Apps)
Excellent verbal & written communication skill
Attention to detail when it comes to work deliverables, communication and/or office upkeep
Highly organized; Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Maintains staff confidentiality
Quick learner when it comes to new softwares and tools
