To be effective link between central HR function and shop floor, manage plant specific HR issues, Housekeeping, welfare activities and general administration under guidance of Sr. Manager ER.
To maintain housekeeping and tidiness in plant and around.
To monitor attendance and grievances of workmen and staff, initiate disciplinary actions as instructed by HOD.
Coordinating training programs.
To maintain good housekeeping in the plant and conduct audit, take necessary actions.
To maintain records of training, personal records, of the workers.
To assist for compliance with all applicable labour law.
To handle administration assignment effectively.
To assist in conducting welfare activities for emplyees and their families.
To promote Kaizen and 5S activities in the organisation.
Responsible for safe hygiene and good working environment.
