Providing the Securities Lending Trading desk with analytics to aid trading and risk management
Ensuring Front Office risk and PL are correct, through management of entire Trading Books
Pricing and Management of Inventory through effective Short covering
Booking and Processing of all Securities Lending Business
Ensuring all positions is correctly captured either through automated process or by manual bookings. Simultaneously work with IT/Desk to remove manual booking
Liaising with the internal and external clients on adhoc queries and requests
Working on projects to improve the front-to-back trade flow and take complete ownership of the Front Office trade flow
Years of experience: 0-4 years
Qualification: B.tech/CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)
The incumbent’s experience with Prime Services business. Exposure to securities lending, Collateral & Liquidity Management, equities swap, prime brokerage and hedge fund clients will be relevant to this role.Basic understanding of the financial industry and products
High level of attention to detail, good team player with ability to work independently
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Very good Communication skills
