- Develop and support all phases of business and software development lifecycle.

- Be able to hit INR 1,00,000 - 5,00,000 sales target goals per month.
- Expert skills in lead generation strategies and models.
- 2 - 5 years of Technical Sales & Business Development experience.
- Familiarity with the recruiting process.Understanding of Technical terminology, trends, and culture.
- Highly driven, calm, tenacious, and a “big picture” kind of demeanorOutstanding written and in person communication, interpersonal, and client presentation abilities.
- Experience with cold calling — 100+ outbound calls a day Technical sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of business development performance in prior roles. Prior industry experience in technology field is a plus.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, Expense management, Payroll platforms is a plus.
- BE/MBA/MCA - Computer Science/ Engineering/ IT.
- Effective in presenting oneself as a business partner to gain trust and respect of clients.
- Must have endless determination. Never take "No" for an answer.
- Must have boundless energy.Must have sharp attention to detail.
- Must work well with others and understands what it means to be a team player.
