Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities: To manage the entire gamut of operational activities that help drive excellence in the execution of the programs within the Academy.
§ Overall Responsibilities: o
Working with the Program Director, create a calendar of programs, schedule them and ensure they are properly communicated to the target audience. o
Work with the team to ensure that the right set of resources are aligned to various training activities. o
Work with the larger KPMG ecosystem (admin, travel desk, HR) and build a good network of resources that help in the overall execution of the programs within the curriculum. o
Works closely with the Program Director when the program is in ‘pilot phase’, but will work independently, when program moves to stable phase.
§ Pre-program activities: o
The individual must have a sound understanding of program design and working with the program Director, must build a project plan for program execution. The accountability of the project plan is with the Project Manager. o
He/she must ensure that facilitators are identified, their calendars are blocked and are invited ahead of time. o
He/she is responsible for sending a regular communication to participants with regards to agenda, pre-read etc. o
Maintains the participant roaster and keeps the program director informed of the participant status. o
He/she ensures that the kick off calls, preliminary meetings for program are scheduled and all logistics around it are circulated. o
Manages the booking of venues- both internal and external by working with the admin teams o
Oversees the program budget and tracks the costs of the program under various cost heads. o
Raises invoices & procures materials for the program and ensures that they reach on time.
§ Program Onsite activities: o
Is responsible for the set-up of the training venue and ensuring that the program starts on time with participants & facilitators. o
Manages any kind of onsite issues, related to logistics or participants o
Post program ensures that participants receive the feedback forms on time and follows up to ensure at least 85% of the class provides feedback.
