Module Lead/Technical Lead

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for strategic marketing consulting, configuration of marketing automation technologies, and the creation and presentation of client deliverables. This may include current-state audits and analysis, marketing strategy, best practices, visioning and recommendations for marketing programs, and implementation of marketing automation technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic recommendations and vision for Digital Marketing planning and best practices.
Understand intricacies of customer data and how data can affect Digital Marketing objectives.
Consult on Marketing process best practices, and the intricacies of Sales and Marketing alignment.
? Understand the intended audiences for the solution, purpose of engaging these audiences, and validate against objectives and success metrics.
End to End Digital marketing campaign execution on B2C and B2B channel
Landing Pages / Micro-sites creation for Customer/lead tracking and details capture
Query and Filter Activity to perform segmentation in campaign journey
Email studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Engagement Studio to build 1:1 personalized campaign journeys
Build relational data models
Build complex email automations
Send emails via Email application sending methods
Integration of Salesforce Marketing cloud with Salesforce
Prospect Lists, One-to-One e-mails creation
Integration of Social Networking platform with Exact Target
Performing email sends with trigger send, manual send
A/B testing to weight emails delivery success
Reporting and dashboard for Campaign analysis
Web Services and API
? Lead requirement/user story gathering sessions for Digital Marketing engagements.
Provide best practice consulting, implementation and migration services for ExactTarget Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, social, web, advertising, analytics, etc.).
Lead client discussions, facilitate marketing discovery and lead marketing projects/initiatives as needed.
Create or oversee the creation of training content, and lead client trainings sessions on ExactTarget Marketing Cloud.
Experience with Information Architect tools for wireframes and prototyping such as Axure, OmniGraffle or other tools are preferred working knowledge of Responsive Design and working knowledge of front-end development capabilities

SKILLS
5+ years business and business technology experience
2+ years? experience with ExactTarget Marketing Cloud
ExactTarget Marketing Cloud experience preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification preferred
Desired Skills Proficiency in other marketing tools like Eloqua, Marketo is an added advantage
Pardot, Social studio, Force.com and Radian 6 would be added advantage
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
Consulting/Professional Services experience preferred
Salesforce Sales, Service or Community Cloud experience and certifications preferred
Understanding of Agile methodologies preferred
