Analyze,plan, design, develop, and implement the SAP HANA solutions to meet strategic,usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements ofAnalytics reporting processes . Work you’ll do

A unique opportunity to be a part of growing SAP HANA Analytics andReporting team that work on latest cutting technology like HANA, QlikView,Tableau, BODS and BO reporting tools for developing the Analytics applications.You will be responsible for implementation/delivering of SAP HANA solutions tosupport Deloitte US Member Firm.
· Should be able to understand the functionalrequirements from the client and appropriately convert them into TechnicalDesign documents.
· Should be able to lead/assist the team with his/hertechnical skills whenever an issue is encountered.
· Performing effort estimation for variousimplementation and enhancement activities.
· Should have good team leader skills to co-ordinatewith team members

· Building relationships with clients and keepingabreast of the various client developments
· Performing troubleshooting and problem resolution ofany complex application built.

· Should take ownership of individual deliverables
· Work with team members to analyze, plan, design,develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance,reliability, control, and security requirements
· Support and coordinate the efforts of Subject MatterExperts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, TransportManagement, and other internal resources for the successful implementation ofsystem enhancements and fixes
· Perform SAP HANA programming as required
· Create and maintain internal documentation andend-user training materials as needed.
· Provide input to standards and guidelines andimplement best practices to enable consistency across all projects
· Participate in the continuous improvement processes asassigned

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems or MCA or equivalent degree.
  • 10 to 12 years Hands on experience in design & creation of Information Models in HANA using Attributes views, Analytic views, Calculation views (both Script based & graphical).
  • Expert knowledge in design & creation of Information Models in HANA using Attributes views, Analytic views, Calculation views (both Script based & graphical) along with Project Management experience..
  • Expert knowledge in BODS ETL is must.
  • Expert experience in HANA SQL Script and CE Functions is must.
  • Knowledge in SLT is essential.
  • Translate the Business KPIs into HANA & Define the Reporting Layouts.
  • Experience in SAP BW, BO is essential.
  • Experience in Crystal reports, Analysis for Office, Tableau and Qlik view is desirable.
  • Hands on knowledge and expertise on BODS ETL is must.
  • Hands on experience in HANA SQL Script and CE Functions is must.
  • Knowledge in SLT is essential.
  • Translate the Business KPIs into HANA & Define the Reporting Layouts.
  • Experience in SAP BW, BO is essential.
  • Experience in Crystal reports, Analysis for Office, Tableau and Qlik view is desirable.
  • Working on Agile/scrum Methodology is desirable
  • Define reusable components/frameworks, common schemas, standards to be used & tools to be used
  • Experience and good knowledge of Performance Tuning and Stress Testing are required.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms.
