The Creative will be responsible for the entire gamut of the Creative Design team. The Creative Head , as a leader of the design team, will ensure that the team delivers to the highest quality designs meeting standards in content. The Creative Head will manage multiple design concepts which are rich and easy to understand. You will work very closely with the Content Writer, Design Manager and the teams responsible for delivering world class content. Key responsibilities include: 1. Lead the development and execution of creative concepts and style guides 2. Have strong technical skills and know-how to ensure the team is able to maintain productivity and output. Experience with print, film and digital formats is a plus. 3. Managing the team - making sure the studio team is engaged, motivated and inspired 4.Ensure the usability, consistency, relevance, and functionality of the finished product 5. Establishing, maintaining and enabling our creative environment ensuring Studio teams and the agency’s practitioners have all the necessary materials, consumable tools and equipment needed to deliver
- Execute swift concept design and execution without compromising on detail 7. Create mock-ups and frameworks and translate them into final design 8. Deliver a range of concepts and designs for each project 9. Own the user experience while balancing creativity with effectiveness 10. Present concepts and design for both internal and external reviews 11. Understand how development impacts design and file preparation 12. Work on multiple projects and deliver creative in a timely manner.
- Would be part of our DESIGN team handling Brand Designs - Identities, environment and communication.
- Responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual communications.
- Converting brand briefs into relevant and effective ideas / concepts.
- Effective visual translation of Ideas.
- Will be executing ideas into all forms of visual communication media.
Relationship management with all stakeholders in the creation of content process. This role stands at the intersection of business understanding, strong creativity and innovative technology. The Creative Head will get involved in ideation and design aspects for the creation of rich, interactive and impactful content, both for online applications and in smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate must be able to create compelling mockups and clean layouts, while keeping the user experience at the forefront.
