• To acquire, develop & maintain client relationships as well as manage the direct sales team to meet and exceed expectations.
Achieving sales target by acquiring new client relationships.
To coordinate with the product management and marketing team, for effective implementation of strategies for customer acquisition at local level
Launching promotions in tandem with overall organizations plan & ensuring effective implementation of the same at local level
Develop data base of targeted relationships , mapping the assigned market and establishing relationships at all levels
Competition mapping, keeping a track of competition in the market and be updated on all market trends
To identify training needs of the direct sales team and ensure that the direct sales team is trained on all products , policies as well as behavioral skills
Tracking direct sales teams incentives and providing inputs to the central team as and when desired.
