Education Required: Bachelors in IT/Marketing or any other relevant course.
Education Proffered: Masters in IT/Marketing or any other relevant course.
Strategic Online Branding Experience of Minimum 6 Years.
Experience designing and implementing Online Branding business solutions in education industry.
Develop the digital marketing budget to support agreed strategy. Oversee project budgets as relevant, including sourcing competitive quotes, negotiating media buys, and advertising budgets, brand experiences and below the line activation.
Safe guard our brands across all departments, ensuring we follow the style guide and brand positioning for each of the channels. Become brand expert and cascade knowledge and strategy to all relevant departments and regions.
Business Case Operational Analysis - Execution of comprehensive financial analysis detailing the costs, benefits, and estimated payback period/return of current and planned business and technology customer solutions initiatives, program, and projects.
Platform Evaluation & Selection - Execution of proven methodologies to objectively identify, evaluate, and select technology platforms and tools that most effectively enable online branding. Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of existing solutions, platforms, and tools against selected business and technology KPIs and strategic goals.
Process & Technology Improvement - Performing of detailed assessments on the effectiveness of - customer impacting- processes and recommendations to align to corporate goals, market trends. Development, alignment, and deployment of future state operating model and processes to match organizational strategic goals and vision.
Experience leading functional or technical teams, at least two complex full-lifecycle technology project implementations.
Experience managing at least three large-scale full-life cycle implementations of CRM or emerging technologies or customer-related solutions, including ownership of the program/project, management of the overall team and ownership and management of program/project financials.
Demonstrated prior experience in managing teams of 10+ resources through design, development, and/or operations of complex technology environments (programs, applications, systems and/or infrastructure).
Experience working within small to medium sized budgets
Online and/or digital media experience. Knowledge of these marketing channels is essential.
Experience in organizing & hosting high profile events and functions.
Experience managing and implementing both quantitative and qualitative research
High levels of initiative with positive energy, able to work independently in a team environment.
Ability to work effectively with different teams and cultures.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
