Planning Stores operations of receipt, storage, inventory control and monitoring inbound logistics..
Ensuring timely GRN, clearing pending GRN by close coordination with purchase and end user.
Ensuring quality inspection of material by quality department and respective user as required.
Preparing and submitting PSV reports, book stock (SAP) correction accordingly as per PSV to ensure raw materials on quarterly basis spares or consumables on annual basis. Monthly PSV of critical and high value items.
Ensure optimum TITO time for all vehicles entering and exiting through material gate. Reduce TITO time with proper planning.
Following FIFO for the items relating to storing and issuing applying 5S guidelines to ensure better material condition and safety in material handling and storage.
Monitoring stock and movement of shelf life items.
Maintaining compliance of all legal and statutory requirements and related documents management pertaining to stores like storage and disposal of hazardous waste, annual stamping, certification of weigh bridges and weighing machines, renewal of licenses for storage of heavy furnace oil, diesel and LPG, calibration of HFO
and diesel storage tanks Monitoring, planning and controlling the logistics process involving into the flow of good
and services, warehousing, transportation, packaging, bound logistics transportation. Tracking and closure of returnable and non returnable gate passes in system. Providing and supplying spares and cosumables to end users as per the plan.
Performing ABC, FSN and VDN analysis of inventory and creating report.
Completion and execution of cost saving and continuous improvements initiatives and action plan derived from GB Pojects, Kaizen, Lean management and monitoring of PDCA process.
Making reports or MIS relating to stock and providing trainings to the team members
